ZEBRA was founded in 1986 as an association in Graz (Austria). ZEBRA sees itself as an independent, interdenominational organization. Objectives of the organization are: • Enforcement of human rights • Proscription of torture and rehabilitation of survivors of political violence • Combatting racism • Promoting equality and sustainable integration
